CanvasPro uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect the Services against abuse, and measure aggregate usage. Strictly necessary storage (such as your license key state and session tokens) cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality. You may clear cookies or local storage at any time through your browser settings; doing so will sign you out and reset preferences.

11. Third-Party Sub-Processors

We rely on a limited number of vetted third parties to operate the Services. These include payment processing (Stripe), transactional email delivery, application hosting and CDN providers, and error and performance monitoring. Each sub-processor is bound by its own privacy commitments and only receives the data necessary to perform its function. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

12. International Users and Data Transfers

CanvasPro is operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. Our lawful bases include performance of a contract (providing the Services you purchase), legitimate interests (securing and improving the Services), consent (where required), and compliance with legal obligations.

To exercise any right, email support@getcanvaspro.com from the address associated with your key. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

14. Automated Decision-Making and AI

Certain features of the Services use automated systems, including large language models, to generate answers, drafts, or suggestions in response to content you interact with. These outputs are informational and not a substitute for your own judgment. We do not use your personal information to train third-party foundation models, and prompt content is transmitted only to the model provider necessary to fulfill your request.

15. Do Not Track

Because there is no industry consensus on how to interpret "Do Not Track" browser signals, the Services do not currently respond to them. We describe our actual data practices throughout this Privacy Policy.
